She’s a 13-week-old Chihuahua puppy weighing just 3 lbs, and she’s as sweet as can be. Elsie loves playing with other dogs, is great with cats, and enjoys doing zoomies outside in the sunshine . She’s currently working on her house and kennel training and is doing great for her age. Tiny body, huge heart.
