Meet Salchi!
Salchi is an 8-month-old male Chihuahua mix weighing in at a petite 10 pounds. He should top out between 12 and 14lbs when full grown — the perfect size for cuddles, couch hangs, and tagging along on life’s adventures.
Salchi is a sweet, clumsy little guy who will absolutely steal your heart once he warms up. He can be a bit shy at first, but with patience and yummy treats (his love language), his affectionate side shines through. When he trusts you, he’s a total cuddle bug who just wants to be close.
He has a medium energy level and enjoys playtime followed by cozy naps. Salchi does well with other dogs, though he prefers slow introductions and a little time to get comfortable. He is crate trained and does great settling in his crate. He is still working on house training and will need a home willing to continue helping him learn a consistent routine.
Salchi is a quiet pup who doesn’t bark much and would thrive in a calm, patient home that understands he needs time to build confidence.
