Meet Splinter. He is a small pup with a huge personality. He loves to run and play with his other foster friends or he can play by himself with toys. We are working on becoming potty trained and he is crate-trained.

Splinter's adoption fee is $390.00 and he is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and will come with 30 days of free pet insurance that you can register for.
