Hello, wonderful people! My name is Peanut, and I'm on the lookout for a special forever home where I can thrive. I'm a playful 3-year-old neutered Chihuahua mix , weighing in at just 10 lbs. My foster family says I have the energy and spirit of a puppy, and I can't wait to share that joy with you!

I'm lucky to be bonded with my brother, Harry, and together we've come a long way thanks to the amazing support from Almost Home. While our beginnings were a bit rocky, I'm learning what it means to trust and feel safe, and I know that with your love and patience, I will flourish.

I'm mostly potty trained, though I might need a little help remembering to let you know when I need to go. I am a small dog much expected! I absolutely adore playing with toys of all sizes and can't resist giving kisses to show my affection. I'm friendly with small dogs and even get along well with cats, especially when it comes to their toys and catnip!

Playing in a fenced yard is my happy place, and I enjoy leisurely strolls, although I prefer to keep them short due to a few fears. Loud noises and sudden movements can be a bit scary for me, so a calm environment would be ideal.

If you're ready to open your heart and home to me and my brother, Harry, I promise we'll fill your life with joy and love. We are BONDED and must go together, We're the perfect lap companions and cuddle buddies, and I'll gladly be your happy little shadow.
