Meet Tulip! This beautiful black puppy (born 12/31/2025) weighs 6.8 pounds and is full of playful, cuddly charm. Tulip is a happy, busy pup who loves toys, chewing on bones, and romping around with other dogs.
She’s already making great progress with potty training and has been doing well going outside, even though she just started learning recently. Tulip is also comfortable in her crate and settles in nicely.
Tulip may be a little shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up. With gentle affection and kind words, she quickly becomes excited, playful, and eager for cuddles. She’s a sweet, loving puppy who enjoys being close to her people.
She does well with kids, though like any young puppy, she’s still learning appropriate play and may nip or scratch as she figures things out. Because she’s still small and a bit timid, she’ll do best with calm, gentle children who can handle her carefully. A home with a securely fenced yard would be ideal for Tulip, giving her a safe space to explore and build confidence while enjoying time outside.
If you’re looking for a playful, snuggly pup with a loving personality, Tulip might just be your perfect match!
Her minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
