Rusty is thought to be around a year old. He appears to have been neutered.
Rusty came into the shelter with Rosie from Chestnut Street, Nelsonville. He currently weighs 11 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.

Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 1/20/26)
