Marcus, male smooth coat chihuahua, compact 6 lbs (could use a diet)

Marcus is a sweet 6 year old boy, he is great with dogs, cats, and people - he is a very friendly boy. He would do well in any home that is aware of his size. We prefer children in the home be at least 10 years old due to his small size.

Marcus has an old eye injury in his left eye and has limited vision. That does not slow him down at all. He is a great boy! ❤️ He is crate trained, but will need some work on house training. He is accustomed to wearing belly bands which prevents him from peeing on things.

All of our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them once adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved.

WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks.
We facilitate adoptions through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to VA, MD, PA, NJ, CT, VT, and NY. Our dogs travel in comfort with 24/7 care. We have been facilitating long distance adoptions since 2019.
