Little Bit is a small, gentle girl, about 7–8 years old and just over 10 pounds.

She is looking for an experienced and patient owner who understands shy dogs. Little Bit can be very timid at first and needs time to feel safe and adjust to a new environment. But once she realizes she is safe, her true personality comes out—she becomes sweet, calm, and affectionate.

She loves to sleep on the bed, enjoys being close to her person, and does well with larger dogs. She is not a good fit for homes with small children or small dogs, but she is friendly and comfortable around bigger dogs and cats.

Little Bit is very sensitive about being picked up and finds it scary, so she will need someone who respects her boundaries. She prefers to stay close by your side and happily accepts gentle petting once she trusts you.

She will be a wonderful, loyal companion for someone who is willing to give her the time and patience she needs to settle in and feel at home.
