Oscar - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Larkfield-wikiup, California

This tiny cutie is so sweet and settling into his foster home beautifully. The shelter called him Oscar Meyer and he has a problem with his weiner (common in Chihuahuas). The awesome shelter staff had surgery done and he should be all good in a couple weeks. Oscar is 6 pounds and maybe a year old.
