Meet Chickie

Female | 3 Years Old | 9 lbs | Chihuahua

Chickie is a tiny girl with a huge heart and an even bigger mama instinct. She was found on a bike trail with her baby, Nugget, and has been nothing short of an incredible, devoted mom to him.

Now it's Chickie's turn to be cared for and cherished.

This sweet girl absolutely loves being carried, snuggling into laps, and staying close to her people. She's happiest when she's involved, cozy, and feeling safe. Chickie also takes her "neighborhood watch" duties seriously! She's a little alarm system who will happily alert staff if someone's at the gate while she's out patrolling her yard.

Chickie is still working on potty training and may have occasional accidents in her kennel, but with a consistent routine and patience in her new home, we're confident she'll do just fine. Structure + love will go a long way for this girl.
