Kiki is seven pounds of blonde, feisty Chihuahua energy searching for her emotional support human. This tiny girl believes the best place in the world is in someone’s arms, and she takes her snuggling duties very seriously. During her photo session, she barely tolerated being set down because, in her mind, she belongs tucked safely against your chest or curled in your lap at all times. Once she feels secure, Kiki bonds deeply and loves fiercely — she doesn’t just want a home, she wants her person.

Before her dad died, she was with him 24/7 so we are looking for that special adopter who has the time and schedule to be with Kiki most the time. We are going to be picky about where this girl goes. We're looking for a very specific adopter that ticks all the boxes of what Kiki needs.

Kiki may be small, but she’s confident, expressive, and ready to stand her ground if she feels unsure or threatened. She embodies classic Chihuahua energy: tiny body, big feelings. She is affectionate, loyal, and protective, with a bold personality that keeps life interesting and entertaining for the people lucky enough to earn her trust.

Kiki is looking for a calm, stable home that understands small dog boundaries. An adult-only household without small children will help her feel most secure, and she would love someone who is home often or happy to take her along on daily adventures. Experience with Chihuahuas or small dogs is a bonus, as Kiki thrives with people who understand that little dogs still need patience, structure, and respect. She prefers to be the center of attention and can be selective with other dogs, so slow introductions are recommended.

Once submitted, we will reach out to approved applicants by phone. We may also suggest other amazing dogs in our care who could be a great fit for your home.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT:

This dog is currently in South Mississippi. Local and out-of-town adopters are welcome. For out of town adopters, we offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport to many states in the Northeast. (The $600 adoption fee includes transport to the city on this listing. Our transports run every 2-3 weeks to that location.) We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.

VETTING:

All of our dogs are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive to their adopters spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped.
