DESCRIPTION
Blackie is a male Chihuahua, about 1.5 years old. He is now fully vetted, current on shots, neutered and microchipped. Blackie initially requires time to warm up to strangers. Once he realizes he will not be hurt, he is amenable to interaction and very sweet. Blackie will perform at his best in an environment where he can relate to others at his own pace.
