Howie needs one more vaccination before he is adoption-ready. We expect that to happen 3-26, so he will be ready for adoption on or after that day.
Meet Howie, a sweet young Chihuahua mix who recently joined us from Scott County, Virginia. With his bright eyes, tiny frame, and soft expression, Howie is already capturing hearts as he begins his fresh start.
He's just starting to settle in after a rough beginning, and is taking things one step at a time as he learns that the world can be a safe and loving place. As he gets comfortable, we're excited to see his personality blossom and his confidence grow.
