Luci is a soft little soul currently learning that the world is a safe place.
She came in very timid, but every day she chooses courage a little more. New sounds, new spaces, new people — she studies them carefully... and then surprises herself. Her confidence grows fastest around other dogs — they instantly flip her brave switch on.
Once she decides you're her safe person, her personality blossoms into a spunky, silly, affectionate shadow that follows you everywhere (and yes... she is absolutely purse-sized).
She's wonderful with calm with kids and actually helps teach them gentleness — making her a special little companion for a thoughtful family.

Cody's adopts dogs in the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area, and does not adopt puppies under the age of six months into apartment homes.
