Remi is a 1 year old, 11.5 lb, male, Chihuahua mix.
Remi is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to his new home.
This little guy is Remi, and he is tiny little guy! Remi ended up in rescue after his owner could no longer care for him, and as we know, Chihuahuas are very loyal to their families, so he did struggle for a bit to adjust to living with strangers. He is now doing very well, though his foster family reports that he is very happy with women but does not like men much at all. We don't know what this guy went through prior to rescue, but hey, everyone has their own quirks. Remi would love to have a forever family where he can get the love and attention, and stability, that he yearns for. One thing Remi does like is activity - he is always ready to go, go, go! Make sure you have a secure harness on this fellow as he is eager to explore the world out there. He also enjoys playing with toys and takes a bit to wear himself out, but when he does, he is a true cuddle bug. Remi is house trained and kennel trained too. As for furry friends, Remi is happy to be friendly but on his terms, so he would require slow introductions to any new doggy friends. He currently shares his foster home with several dogs but needed some extra time to feel comfortable living with them. On the plus side, he won't need daily trips to the dog park!
