Introducing our little chihuahua man Toby. He is 3 years old weighing 9 lbs. Toby is grateful to his kind rescuer in Puerto Vallarta who, after several months of seeing him and his sisters suffer, barely fed and on a hot roof, managed to convince the owner to surrender them. The three were nursed to health in her foster care, and he’ll now transition to foster in New Westminster, BC with his two sisters who are adopted. Toby loves people and has lived with kids. He is medium energy. Toby went into foster with cats and dogs and has adapted. He will sometimes chase cats if they run. He is good with dogs but we think he might like his very own family for all the cuddles. He was near starving when rescued, so around other dogs he likes to eat in peace. Toby is now healthy, neutered and vaccinated, and looking for his very own family for a happy ever after. If you think you might be a fit, email pvcaadoptions@gmail.com
