DESCRIPTION
Meet Toby! This handsome fella was found running on the side of The 91 Freeway in Ornage County California. Talk about 9 lives!! Thankfully, kind people called animal Control who swooped him up and brought him to safety. Without a microchip, he went to the local shelter with a broken hip where he caught our eye. Ready to give him a chance of a lifetime, we invited Toby to join Paws4Thought Rescue. He's looking to meet his new family!
