DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Babe Lilo!
This scruffy little heart-stealer found herself in a very full shelter in Alabama alongside her brother, Babe Stitch, definitely no place for a puppy. Thankfully, their story took a happy turn when they were rescued by K-9 Lifesavers, and now Lilo is ready to find her very own forever home. Lilo appears to be a Chihuahua / Yorkie / Beagle mix, she sports a beautiful cream coat and is 100% adorable. She's a sweet girl who is a tad on the shy side given all the recent changes in her young life. At her age, she is a perfect candidate for training and socialization. She's eager to learn and would thrive in a home ready to help her grow into the best dog she can be.
If you're looking to add a loving companion to your family, Babe Lilo would love to meet you. Apply today and let the happily-ever-after begin!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
