Life is sweeter with a Little Daisy blooming by your side! Little Daisy is a 4 year 4-month-old female Chihuahua mix with a lovely tan short coat and a gentle, sensitive heart. She weighs 20 pounds and is a small girl with a big need for love and stability. She came to the shelter when her family was moving, and while the transition was overwhelming for her at first, she is slowly learning that she is safe and cared for.Little Daisy is a very sweet companion who simply needs a little time and patience to feel comfortable in new situations. A loud environment along with quick movements is not a place for Little Daisy so she would do best in a calm, quiet home that understands her need for a slower introduction to change. She would thrive in a home with older children over 12 or in an adult only household. She is good with other dogs, though her experience with cats is still unknown. Little Daisy seems happiest in peaceful, predictable environments where she can relax and bond closely with her people. Her house, crate and leash training are all in progress.Once she feels secure, Little Daisy has so much love to give. She is looking for a patient and understanding home that will allow her personality to blossom at her own pace and give her the comfort and stability she deserves.* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Little Daisy is $500.
