Chihuahua and Pomeranian Dogs Available for Adoption in Quakertown, Pennsylvania

Kyra Sue is a senior Chihuahua/Pomeranian
mix (about 8 years old) who's still figuring things out in the shelter. It's been a bit overwhelming for her and she can be nervous when first meeting new people.

Once she has a little time, you start to see a softer side come through. She is known to hop into a lap when she's feeling more comfortable and has bursts of interest in play with handlers. It's clear she wants connection, she just needs to go at her own pace.

Kyra Sue will do best in a quiet home without young children, with someone patient who understands that building trust takes time. She's not the kind of dog who will be immediately outgoing, but with consistency and a calm environment, she has the potential to really blossom.

She is currently available as foster-to-adopt while she awaits a needed dental procedure.

Despite their small size, they are lively and confident, often displaying a curious nature and playful demeanor that endears them to their owners.
