A victim of a hoarding/neglect situation involving 67 dogs and removed from the only home they had ever known. This baby arrived at the SPCA with no history of any medical care and absolutely terrified. It will take time and a lot of TLC but we are committed to getting them healthy and giving them the love and attention they deserve.
