Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher Dogs Available for Adoption

Eeyore is officially looking for his forever home. He is a six-week-old male Chihuahua, Miniature Pinscher, and Poodle mix with a remarkable rescue story.

His mother was being cared for by workers at the Stockton train shipping yard when they discovered her litter. Despite the workers' best efforts, some of the siblings succumbed to the elements. We were fortunate to take in the surviving puppies and their mother when the pups were only one day old. Eeyore and his siblings have persevered and are now ready for adoption applications.

Eeyore is the largest of the litter, featuring a white coat with black markings. He is a playful pup who enjoys spending time with his littermates and toys. While he is currently learning to use pads, he will require patience and encouragement to become fully potty trained.

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.

The Miniature Pinscher, often referred to as the "King of Toys," is a small but sturdy breed known for its energetic and playful nature. Originating from Germany, these dogs are characterized by their distinctive high stepping gait and sleek, shiny coat. Miniature Pinschers are spirited, alert, and fearless, making them excellent watchdogs despite their small size. With their confident personalities and loyalty to their owners, Miniature Pinschers make charming and lively companions for those who appreciate their big dog demeanor in a compact package.
