Milton may be tiny, but his personality is larger than life. This 4-month-old Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix is a playful little guy who loves making friends with dogs his own size and can often be found zooming around the yard with a toy in his mouth, inviting everyone to join in the fun. Tug-of-war, chase, keep-away, playtime, mealtime, and then a well-earned nap... that is Milton's recipe for a perfect day. Milton thrives on social interaction and would love a home with a playful canine companion his size to romp around with. While he is super friendly, confident, and excited when meeting smaller dogs, big dogs are not really his style. He is currently fostered with kids over 10 and enjoys being part of the action.
With people, Milton is friendly and sweet, though he has a gentle, slightly shy side that makes him all the more endearing. He is already potty trained, crate trained, does well in the car, and has a great start on his basic training, knowing things like his name, come, and sit. He may need a little patience as he adjusts to a new routine, but this smart little pup is eager to keep learning.
Milton was found as a stray and is now discovering what it means to live in a safe, loving home. Watching him play is pure joy, and seeing him settle in for cuddles and naps after a busy day is just as sweet. If you are looking for a goofy, playful, toy-loving little companion with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life, Milton may be the one!
