Are you missing your shadow? Because I’ve been practicing for the role my whole life. I’m Millie — a 2 year old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix weighing in at a perfect 14 pounds of snuggle potential. I may be small, but my love is mighty. I was found near Walmart, and my finder had to trap me because I was too scared to trust right away. I’m currently working hard on my house, crate, and leash training — and I’m making daily progress! I’m a smart girl; I just need patience and consistency to keep building my confidence. I’m a laid-back little lady who truly just wants to be with my person. Once I decide you’re mine, I’ll be your constant companion — your shadow, your cuddle bug, your personal space invader (in the sweetest way possible). If you sit down, I’ll be right there. If you lie down, I’ll tuck myself in as close as physically possible. I get along well with other dogs, cats, and older kids. I’d do best in a home with a fenced yard where I can feel safe while I explore. I enjoy a good hoof to chew on and a cozy spot next to my favorite human. I’m not high-maintenance — just high-attachment. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion who will adore you with her whole heart (and follow you to the bathroom every single time), I might be your girl!

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
