As a year-old Chihuahua and Golden mix, her day usually begins as a golden blur of "zoomies." If there is a ball to be fetched or a toy to be conquered in the yard, Daisy is your girl. She plays with a relentless, joyful intensity, but as soon as the batteries run low, she executes a perfect crash-out and transforms into the world's most dedicated snuggle bug.

Life with Daisy is like having a tiny, devoted shadow. She has a way of gazing up at you with a thumping tail that makes you feel like the center of the universe. She is a true alpha who loves to be the star of the show; if she isn't the center of attention, she will wiggle her way to the front to ensure no love is left behind. Because she likes to boss others around, she would do best in a home without other dogs (she gets protective around bigger dogs) or with a very submissive smaller companion, and a home without small children would suit her spunky personality best.

Daisy is a bright student who is blooming more every day. While still mastering the art of the great outdoors for potty breaks, she is a pro at using her indoor pads and is becoming a star on the leash. She is incredibly food-motivated, and easily goes into the crate for a few treats. At night, she is a flexible companion who sleeps peacefully in her crate, though she'd always prefer to burrow right next to you. She's just waiting for a lap to call her own and a yard where she can run until her heart is content.
