Chihuahua and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet Sugar! She is a long distance traveler from Amarillo TX. She is ready for her new home here in the northwest for sure. She is around 2 years of age and only about 12 pounds. We think she is a cavalier type spaniel mix, possibly with chihuahua or smooth terrier. Her face is identifiable as a cavalier spaniel face, but her coat is a smooth coat, not long coat. So really only a DNA test will tell us for sure. She is shy and unsure at first but does warm up. She came to the Texas rescue group with her sister and we believe she misses her. But she does well with other dogs too. She lives with a few here at the shelter! She is spayed and vaccinated and will be microchipped too! She would love to go home soon and start a great new life with a new family. She will want to go to a quiet home where she can decompress a bit and gain confidence back.
