Chihuahua and Cairn Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Lucky is a sweet 2-month-old puppy boy with the perfect mix of sass and sweetness. His momma was a Chihuahua mix and his dad was a Terrier mix, and we expect him to be between 10–15 pounds when fully grown, making him a wonderful small-sized companion.

Like any typical puppy, Lucky loves to play, eat, and sleep. He’s curious about the world around him, enjoys cuddle time, and is ready to bond with a forever family who will help him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. He is at the perfect age for training and socialization and will thrive with consistency, patience, and love.

Lucky comes neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and microchipped. We are looking for a home with a securely fenced yard and someone home often enough to provide the time, structure, and consistency a young puppy needs for proper potty training and development. To ensure his safety, he cannot be placed in a home with small children or large breed dogs that could accidentally injure him.

His adoption fee is $350.

The Cairn Terrier is a small, sturdy breed known for its lively and intelligent temperament. Originating from Scotland, these dogs are recognized for their shaggy, weather resistant double coat, often found in shades of cream, wheaten, grey, or red. Cairn Terriers are independent yet affectionate, making them excellent companions for active individuals and families. Their playful nature and love for adventure highlight their loyal and spirited personality, making them a beloved breed for both home and show settings.

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
