You've got a new puzzle partner! Meet Cali Momma Puzzle, approx. 3 year-old King Charles Cavalier/Japanese Chin mix, weighing 19 pounds (as of 10/22/26).

Sweet Cali had been wandering around a Tennessee neighborhood known for dog fighting for about a year. She’s had a couple of litters and her children, Rory and Joey are from her last litter. We're so glad these precious dogs are safe! What they need is a nice, loving home with all the puzzles they can solve!

Cali is the perfect size little dog for any family. She can be cautious initially but greets people like they're a long-lost friend from summer camp. Despite her tumultuous life, she loves to be your adorable little shadow. In fact, during her first night at her foster's, she slept with them and their dogs! This is girl is the sweetest and very forgiving of humans not being nice to her (though of course, now she won't ever have to worry about that again!)

Cali is a very chill lady who is currently coexisting well with her foster's dogs but could be fine with or without other dogs around. We don't know if she's met children, but she was exposed to neighborhood cats on her street. SHh's been crated for travel and will soon get on a leash. She hasn't had accidents at her foster's but she does ask for patience as she adjusts to your home.

Cali's world has been topsy-turvy for the last year, so she’s looking forward to the luxury of consistent meals and good rest. Maybe even a foot massage? Let's make it happen!

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.
