She has been nothing but precious, sweet, and loving in her foster home.

Penelope is a truly happy girl who leads with positivity and adores her people. She is active, a little shy at first, and 100% adorable.

Her playful energy is so pure and joyful and would thrive with a confident, friendly, playful dog in the home.

Penelope was starved in her first life, and now her act two is going to be all about love, friendship, kindness, and being completely spoiled the way she deserves.

She is looking for a loving, happy family who will show her that from here on out, life is only going to get better.
