DESCRIPTION
Rosco is an energetic 10-month-old Heeler mix with plenty of personality and classic herding instincts. This sweet boy is looking for a home that can match his energy and provide him with the activity and engagement he needs to thrive.
Rosco would do best with a canine companion who can tolerate his playful energy and herding habits. He was surrendered to us because his previous owners weren’t able to manage his spirited personality, but with the right family, Rosco is sure to shine.
We’re looking for an active household that can give Rosco the structure, exercise, and love he deserves. He’s a sweet, eager-to-please boy, and we hope he finds his perfect forever home very soon!
ABOUT: CATTLE DOG DOG BREED
The Cattle Dog is a diligent and robust herding breed known for its agility, intelligence, and hardworking nature. Originating in Australia, Cattle Dogs are highly energetic and require ample exercise and mental stimulation. With their remarkable problem solving skills and unwavering loyalty, they excel in various canine activities and make excellent companions for active owners. Their distinctive blue or red coat, sturdy build, and alert expression reflect their heritage as versatile working dogs.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
