Popsicle was born in a foster home where he and his littermates have been loved and cared for every single day. They’ve never been in a shelter. They stayed inside until they had their first two rounds of shots, and they’ve been socialized around other dogs and people. He’s sweet, friendly, and just a solid good puppy.
