Ottie D71103 - Catahoula Leopard Dog and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Hi, my name is Ottie and I am from Georgia!

Meet Ottie!
Ottie is a fun-loving, curious, and energetic pup who is always ready for his next adventure. He absolutely loves playing and socializing with other dogs, going for walks, and exploring the world around him. He's also a great little walking buddy and does wonderfully on leash!

When it's time to wind down, Ottie knows how to settle in and relax. He does incredibly well in his crate, both overnight and while his foster parents are away at work.

Ottie is still working on his potty training, but he's a smart boy who is catching on quickly.

Ottie would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, playtime, and love. A fenced yard would be a wonderful bonus!

Ottie is the kind of pup who brings fun and happiness wherever he goes. Anyone would be lucky to welcome this sweet boy into their family!

The Catahoula Leopard Dog, a unique and versatile breed originally from Louisiana, is known for its striking coat patterns resembling a leopard. These dogs are esteemed for their intelligence, loyalty, and exceptional working abilities. With a strong instinct for herding and tracking, they excel in diverse roles such as hunting, herding, and search and rescue. Renowned for their protective nature and affection towards their families, Catahoula Leopard Dogs make devoted companions for owners committed to providing them with proper training and stimulation.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
