DESCRIPTION
This beautiful girl is Hera! She is a very sweet but can be a slightly nervous girl. She came in because of being on the run for 10 days and her previous owners couldn't keep her due to financial issues, so she was surrendered to us. It takes her a bit to warm up to new people, but she loves food.
Once she is comfortable with her people, she is very friendly, goofy (she loves to play with squeaky toys), and thinks she is a lap dog. We think she would love a dog friend as long as they had a successful dog meeting here at the shelter in advance. We are not sure if she could live with a cat. She may be okay with kids if they are older and respectful of her space, especially at first, as she seems initially fearful when meeting new people.
If you think this girl is for you, give us a call at (603) 472-3647 and press 1 for adoptions, or come down to the shelter from 11-4 to meet her!
