Catahoula Leopard Dog and Hound Dogs Available for Adoption

Introducing this absolutely incredible boy named Anson! He is just about the most flashy, gorgeous, handsome hunk of a pup, and certainly steals the show everywhere he goes! The best thing ever though is his best quality is actually his temperament. He is so wonderfully loving and kind, he’s irresistible to all who meet him! The moment this baby made it into the pound, he was thankfully scooped by a fantastic foster home where he’s been given lots of love while he gets ready to begin his next chapter!
This guy went right to the vets to begin having all of his medical work completed. He’s now 15-17 weeks old, weighing 25 lbs, and is a glorious baby boy! He’s had everything done now including vaccines, deworming, microchipping, he’s current on preventative and he’s now neutered! Everything is done and this healthy guy is ready for adoption!
Anson is simply an incredible mush. He went right into foster care and was immediately so easy going for a puppy. He’s great on house training and makes fast friends with every animal he meets. He is great with all dogs regardless of size, age, etc, and he’s even great with cats. He loves loves toys and tennis balls, and is amazing about carrying his stuffies around in his mouth and not ripping them up. He loves his babies! Anson is great in the car, at the vets, really anywhere you’d like to take him. He’s got a very stable, loving, resilient and grateful personality. Happy to join you on any of life’s adventures! He’s also happy to snuggle on the sofa with you for hours and give you lots of kisses. He’d love a home with a canine sibling to play with but it’s not required, he’ll do great with doggy friends, play dates, visits to the park, etc. He loves nature and would like a big yard where he can not only play but also just relax in warmer days soaking up the sun and watch the birds.
He’s a sweet as pie, country boy at heart who’s looking to be someone’s devoted true blue best friend. He’s a great guy looking for a great life with great parents who will treasure what an incredible dog he is, always.
