Catahoula Leopard Dog and Great Dane Dogs Available for Adoption

Birch (male- two blue eyes and freckles) and Laurel (female - one blue eye) somehow ended up roaming the countryside outside of Houston, Texas. The dog catcher was a welcome site as it was fun to play all day, but they were hungry and tired!

I have them listed as catahoula/ dane mixes but I do not think they will be extra large dogs like a dane!

They thrived in the small rural shelter and befriended staff and dogs alike. They love everyone and have the love and appreciation of a pup that knows they need you.

Birch is more out going but not bossy at all. He is smart- fetches the ball, knows sit. Laurel is like his under-study shadow and just loves to be loved. They are both playful and kind puppies that truly will make great family members.

They may bark at a new person, but only to like say "hello hello" and then they are all Friendly with love and kisses!

To apply either BIRCH or LAUREL, please complete our application. We might consider adopting them together, but are seeing how they do in their foster home. So far so good!

Birch weighs 32 lbs and Laurel weighs 28 lbs. They are both neutered/spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines! They are amazing pups!
