DESCRIPTION
Meet Millie
Millie is a beautiful, gentle puppy who turns heads with her Carolina Dog–like looks and captures hearts with her sweet, affectionate nature. One of our “Sweet” litter of 10, Millie had an unexpected start in life after landing in a high-kill shelter, but thanks to rescue, she's now safe in foster care and absolutely thriving.
Millie is everything you hope for in a puppy—playful, curious, loving, and full of joy. She enjoys romping around with her littermates, chewing on her favorite toys, and then curling up for a well-earned nap. She has a soft, affectionate personality and loves both playtime and cuddle time.
She is social and does great with other dogs and kids, and because she's still so young, she can easily be introduced to cats. Millie is currently around 10 weeks old and weighs about 15 pounds. She's expected to grow into a medium-sized dog.
With her Carolina Dog appearance and sweet, soulful expression, Millie is truly special inside and out. She's ready to grow up with a family who will give her the love, guidance, and adventures she deserves.

ABOUT: BLACK MOUTH CUR DOG BREED
The Black Mouth Cur is a versatile and intelligent hunting dog known for its strong work ethic and loyalty. Originating in the southern United States, these medium to large sized dogs are muscular and athletic. Their distinctive feature is the black mask on their muzzle, giving them their name. Black Mouth Curs excel in various tasks such as hunting, herding, and guarding, making them ideal companions for active families looking for a versatile and devoted canine.
The Carolina Dog, a primitive breed known for its wild ancestry, is a medium sized, agile, and intelligent dog originally found roaming freely in the Southeastern United States. With a distinctive appearance marked by erect ears, a bushy tail, and a sable coat, Carolina Dogs are highly adaptable, affectionate with their families, and wary of strangers, making them excellent watchdogs. Their natural hunting instincts and independence require consistent training and an active lifestyle to thrive in a loving home environment.
