Meet Cookie!
Cookie is a 6-year-old Cairn Terrier mix weighing in at a perfect 21 pounds-and she's truly the best of both worlds. She still has a fun, playful side and enjoys a little burst of zoomies, but she's just as content being your loyal shadow, happily following you from room to room and keeping you company.
This sweet girl is well-mannered and easy to have around. She's crate trained, rides great in the car, and is both house trained and pee pad trained. Cookie gets along well with cats, most dogs, and people of all ages, making her a wonderful fit for many different types of homes.
Cookie was recently shaved due to a flea infestation, but that's all behind her now-she's feeling great, and her coat is already growing back beautifully. Before long, she'll be the most adorable little lady on the block!
If you're looking for a loving, low-key companion who will be by your side through it all, Cookie is ready to be your perfect match.
ABOUT: CAIRN TERRIER DOG BREED
The Cairn Terrier is a small, sturdy breed known for its lively and intelligent temperament. Originating from Scotland, these dogs are recognized for their shaggy, weather resistant double coat, often found in shades of cream, wheaten, grey, or red. Cairn Terriers are independent yet affectionate, making them excellent companions for active individuals and families. Their playful nature and love for adventure highlight their loyal and spirited personality, making them a beloved breed for both home and show settings.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
