Meet Rip (named after Yellowstone) 🤍 a sweet, energetic, and goofy 1-year-old neutered Bullmastiff. He has been in foster care since early January after an individual rescuer stepped in when his previous family planned to surrender him to a kill shelter. He’s affectionate, people-focused, crate-trained, knows his basic commands (sit/down/stay), walks nicely on leash, and loves fetch. Rip is currently in obedience training and is extremely responsive and a quick learner. For now, he would thrive as the only pet in an active, structured home, with an experienced large-breed dog owner with a yard who can provide Rip with regular exercise and continued obedience training. He’s still a puppy with lots of energy and an enormous amount of loyalty and love to give. The rescuer is committed to placing him responsibly and will be screening adopters carefully. If you or someone you trust may be a great fit within 800-900 miles from central Florida, please message the rescuer for details.
