Meet Poncho, a friendly, affectionate 11-month-old Bullmastiff/Great Pyrenees/GSD mix who is in search of a new family because his elderly owner can no longer care for him. This young boy already weighs approximately eighty pounds and is looking for a loving forever home where he has plenty of space to run and play. He is a true gentle giant who is currently learning to walk on a leash and shows a very sweet temperament. He also likes to steal socks and such but is also playful with non-aggressive dogs. Poncho is a big boy who needs someone who can train him well. He responds to sit, stay, wait and no. He might be better alone or with another dog his size as he does play rough. He is not great with cats... he does not bite them but will follow and bother them. And lastly, he is not house broken.

Poncho would be a great companion for someone who has the time and patience to train him and so he has space to run due to his size.
