Tansy is a 6-year-old, 56 pound Boxer girl with a heart as big as her adorable squishy face. This sweet lady is all about love and affection, and if you’re looking for a dog who wants to be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your personal hug dispenser, Tansy may just be your perfect match.
She absolutely adores people. Tansy is the kind of girl who wants to be close...very close. In fact, trying to take her picture is a bit of a challenge because she’s usually either inching closer for snuggles or off investigating whatever caught her curiosity. She’s affectionate, silly, and full of personality, with that classic Boxer charm people know and love.
Tansy is also a big fan of treats, which is always a bonus when it comes to bonding and continued learning. We were told she is dog friendly, though she has not yet been tested with other dogs in our care.
If you’re looking for a sweet, people-loving companion who will happily fill your home with affection, Tansy is ready to be someone’s very loved girl. Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
