DESCRIPTION
Zeus is a 6 year old Boxer mix who was surrendered to the shelter when his family became homeless. They were sad to give him up, but they wanted a better situation for him. Zeus is housebroken and will sit and stare at you or run to the door and back to you when he needs out. He is crate trained, but he never had to be in it because he was so well-behaved in the house. He knows several commands like sit, stay, here, quiet down, crate, treat, get it, and drop it. He does well with men and women, and he has lived with children. Very young children tend to make him anxious. He does well with dogs he knows. He is cautious or a little anxious around unknown dogs, but does OK. He loves to play with sticks, balls, squeaky toys, and ropes. Zeus loves to go for walks and is great on a leash. If you would like to meet him, please email the shelter at cchs04@sbcglobal.net and request an application!
