DESCRIPTION
Hi, I'm Dolly! I've been told I'm a pretty special girl and I think they're right. I'm sweet, loving, and as loyal as they come. Every human I meet is my new best friend (yes, kids too!), and I'm always ready to share cuddles, tail wags, and all the love in my big heart. I came to the shelter with my puppies, and one by one, I watched them all find their forever homes. I was so happy for them... but I'm still waiting for mine. I've been here almost two years now, and sometimes I wonder if people just don't see me the way the staff does. They say I'm their favorite (don't tell the others), and they love dressing me up. I'm always happy to show off a cute outfit if it makes you smile!
I do have one small request: I'd like to be your one and only pet. I promise, I'll give you more than enough love to make up for it. All I want is a home, a family to call my own, and someone who won't pass me by.
ABOUT: BOXER DOG BREED
The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
