Boxer Dogs Available for Adoption

Maxine is a 12 week old boxer mix. She is very high energy, loves to run and jump. She is the shortest pup we have in our foster home and she is always trying to find the highest point to see above the other dogs. She is very vocal when she plays, her happy grumble is loud! She loves to play with toys and very rarely sits still. She will need a high energy family that takes long walks and would do best with a fenced in backyard so she can get her zoomies out. She loves to bark and communicate! She always has her nails done in white fur! If you would like to meet this dog, please call Teri at 630-897-7454. The adoption fee is $300.

Adoption fee includes:
- microchip
- spay/neuter
- age appropriate vaccinations: Bordetella, DH(L)PP, rabies
- heartworm preventive & flea/tick preventive
- deworming

The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
