Boxer and Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Pumpkin Spice is an approximately 5 month old mixed breed puppy, possibly with some boxer, maybe a terrier breed or some collie or cattle dog influence. She currently weighs about 20 lbs and is expected to grow into a medium-sized adult, estimated around 35-45 lbs, though this is only a best guess.

Pumpkin Spice was found as a stray, far too young to be on her own and likely abandoned by a former family. Since entering rescue, she has shown nothing but sweetness, resilience, and a playful spirit. She has been fully vetted, cleared for adoption by a licensed veterinarian, and is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and started on preventatives.

She is a friendly, social puppy who loves being around people and other dogs. Pumpkin Spice is doing well with crate training and is making steady progress with house training. She is learning leash manners and is smart, food-motivated, and eager to learn. As a young puppy, she is currently in the teething stage and will need continued guidance, structure, exercise, and positive reinforcement as she grows.

Pumpkin Spice would do well in a variety of homes, including families, singles, homes with another dog, or as an only pet. Her ideal adopter is committed to raising a puppy with patience, consistency, and love. She is the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet affection and is ready to become someone’s best friend.
