Meet Aelin 🐾

Aelin is a one-year-old hound/Boxer mix with long legs built for adventure and a heart just as big. She loves to play and could happily run for days, but she’s just as happy staying close to her people—loyal, loving, and always wanting to be part of the action.

This sweet girl has a great off-switch, too. Aelin will happily settle in her crate on her own when she’s ready to relax and hasn’t needed to be closed in. She enjoys having a cozy, safe space to unwind after playtime.

Aelin is wonderful with kids, playful and friendly with other dogs, and respectful with cats. She truly checks all the boxes for a family companion.

Originally adopted as a puppy, Aelin recently returned to rescue due to changes in her home—no fault of her own. Now she’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will embrace her affectionate nature and continue guiding her as she finishes growing into her best self.
