My name is Titus. I am 8 years old and weigh 24 pounds. I need a new home because my owner was no longer able to take care of me. I am being fostered in Rosebud, MO.

I absolutely LOVE snuggling with my humans and I will try to get as close to you as I can to get all the pets! I love following my humans around the house and sitting by them wherever they sit down. I also enjoy taking walks with my humans and foster dog brothers, there are lots of good smells when I go on walks.

I have the best personality! I’m extremely laid back and you won’t hear much out of me. I go into a crate easily and sleep while my humans are gone at work, but I give them all the love when they get home. Snuggles are a requirement for me!

I get along with my two foster dog brothers and like playing with them, but they have a lot of energy, so when I’m done I just like to go back to snuggling with my humans. I also know my foster brothers are in charge and I let them take the lead, I’m not bossy and I play nicely with others.

I would rather not be alone for long periods, I just enjoy my humans too much! I just need a family that will be willing to snuggle with me all the time.

Here's a little more about me:
Housetrained? Yes, but I do have an issue with marking that my humans are working on with me. Belly bands are helping me a lot while inside.
Leash-trained? Yes, I walk very nicely on a leash and don’t pull at all.
Rides well in car? Yes, I ride well in a car
Good with other dogs? Yes
Good with cats?Not yet tested
Good with young children? Not tested, however probably as I just love all humans!!
Good with strangers? Yes
Shy or confident? Shy
Barks? Not very often
Apartment qualified? Yes
Any Special needs or Health Issues? I have a little trouble seeing because I have cataracts in both eyes, but other than that I am a pretty healthy boy and get around fine!

All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.

MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.

MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
