This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.

Meet the oh-so handsome Hooch! This seven year old Boston Terrier mix is an absolute sweetheart and loved by his new foster family, who say he’s adjusting very well in just over two short weeks. He is a proud survivor of the dreaded human ritual known as "bath time"—made evident in that second photo. This little peanut is smart, friendly, and seeking new adventures with the forever family he so deserves.

Hooch is affectionate, outgoing and a total goofball! He loves playing with other dogs and is even playful with the children who have visited. We know that he is generally tolerant of the cats he’s interacted with in foster care. Overall, he’s a perfect house guest: clean and quiet in the crate, well mannered, and no accidents in the house. We’d love to see him find the “Turner” to his “Hooch”—someone who’s willing to play, cuddle, work on leash training and love him to bits!

Adopting an adult dog like Hooch (who has been previously overlooked) is the ultimate cheat code for making a new best friend.
