My name is Angel. I am 6 years old and weigh 20 pounds. I need a new home because my owner was no longer able to care for me. I am being fostered in St. Charles, MO.

I'm your typical Boston .... I love to cuddle so I want to sit by you, sleep in your bed at night, and follow you around the house. I have lots of energy so my foster mom takes me on walks because I have shown no interest in playing with toys but I'll chase the rabbits!

I get along with kids and I actually prefer to sleep in bed with them at night in my foster home. My human siblings are 4, 6, and 9. I like to be nosey so I'll stand on my back legs to see what you are doing, to smell your food, and for you to pet me. Speaking of food, I need to eat, eat, and eat because I am underweight.

My foster mom says I'm mostly potty trained because I am potty trained but I don't know how to tell you. At most, I sniff near the door but If you aren't paying attention, then I will have an accident.

Although I have spent time with my foster sister I have shown I can be unfriendly so it's best if I go to a home where I can be the only one. I'm a pretty easy lady to take care of, I would love to live with you so don't be scared to express interest in me.

All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.

MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.

MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
