DESCRIPTION
After lovingly raising her puppies and watching each of them find homes, it's finally her turn. This sweet 2-year-old, 12-pound terrier mix is affectionate, curious, and ready to be someone's best friend. She loves exploring, enjoys cuddles, and has so much love to give. She's also a distemper survivor, a true little fighter. Now she's simply waiting for a family who will see the incredible, resilient little dog she is and give her the happy ending she deserves.
Health: Distemper survivor. Her mild neurological tic is a lasting effect of the illness, but it is not contagious, requires no treatment, and does not affect her ability to live a happy, active life.

ABOUT: BORDER TERRIER DOG BREED
The Border Terrier is a small, fearless, and affectionate breed known for their devotion to their families. With a wiry, weather resistant coat and an otter like head, they were originally bred for hunting foxes and vermin along the Scottish border. These energetic and intelligent dogs excel in various canine activities, including agility and obedience. Their friendly and playful demeanor makes them wonderful companions for active families, especially those who enjoy outdoor adventures with their loyal four legged friends.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
