DESCRIPTION
Meet Mila
Mila was rescued after a networker saw a litter of puppies being given away outside of a strip mall in Bellflower. She and her sister are now safe and thriving.
Mila is a terrier mix with a playful, spirited personality and a sweet, gentle side. She has those classic puppy energy bursts, but she also loves to cuddle once she has had her fun. Her Lamb Chop toy is her absolute favorite, and she happily switches between playtime and snuggle time.
She is doing well with her routine in foster care. Mila and her sister take regular naps in their pen and are building great potty habits using pads. They understand that their pen is a calm, cozy space for resting and treats.
Based on her current growth and her mom's size of 29 lbs., we anticipate Mila will likely be in the 20 to 30 lbs. range full grown.
Mila would thrive in a home ready for normal puppy energy, continued training, and plenty of love and engagement.

ABOUT: BORDER TERRIER DOG BREED
The Border Terrier is a small, fearless, and affectionate breed known for their devotion to their families. With a wiry, weather resistant coat and an otter like head, they were originally bred for hunting foxes and vermin along the Scottish border. These energetic and intelligent dogs excel in various canine activities, including agility and obedience. Their friendly and playful demeanor makes them wonderful companions for active families, especially those who enjoy outdoor adventures with their loyal four legged friends.
The Maltese is a small toy breed known for its glamorous white coat, which is long, silky, and virtually hypoallergenic. They are gentle, affectionate companion dogs that thrive on human companionship and make wonderful family pets. Maltese dogs are playful, intelligent, and alert, with a confident demeanor despite their small size. They require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious coat and are suitable for apartment living due to their size and adaptability.
